What exactly is a digital download?

It's a file you purchase online and download directly to your device — no physical product ships in the mail. Once you buy, the files are yours to keep and print as many times as you like.

What files will I receive?

Each file includes a high-resolution JPG file sized to fit standard 8 × 10 frames. You'll also receive a one-page How-To guide for printing at home or at a print shop.

How do I get my files after purchase?

As soon as your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files any time from your order confirmation page.

How many times can I print them?

As many times as you like! Your personal use license lets you print for yourself, your home, and as gifts for friends and family.

Can I use the prints commercially?

Our prints are for personal use only. If you're interested in commercial licensing, please get in touch via our Contact page.

Printing

Can I print at home?

Absolutely. For best results, use a color inkjet or laser printer with photo paper or matte cardstock. Each purchase includes a How-To guide with tips for home printing.

Can I print at a local print shop?

Yes! Services like Staples, FedEx Office, Walgreens, or your local print shop work great. Just bring your file on a USB drive or email it to them.

What size frames should I buy?

Our prints are sized for standard 8 × 10 inch frames. They're easy to find at most home goods stores.

Orders & Refunds

Can I get a refund?

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us and we'll make it right.
